Chimichurri Rojo

Uncooked sauce used broth as an ingredient in cooking and as a table condiment for grilled meat. It's made of finely chopped parsley, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, red wine vinegar and fresno chile. It's not too spicy, but it pack's enough heat!
